Compression characteristics of local filling gangue in Steeply Dipping Coal Seam

Coal gangue is widely used as a filling material in coal seam mining. During the steeply dipping seam, loading rate, gradation, and speed have an important impact on deformation failure of gangue, further affect bearing overlying strata control surrounding rock movement deformation. Therefore, this article uses self-made steel cylinder to conduct compression test HCT pressure testing machine. The research analyzes influence rate law process. After completing test, gangues with different particle size groups were rescreened, weighed, recorded analyze crushing situation results show that greatly influenced gangue's capacity, deformation, rate. larger greater capacity higher gangue. smaller stronger resistance A more optimized gradation ratio obtained according distribution mass proportion after compression. faster manual strength body. Moreover, can effectively improve when reaches peak tend be stable. provide theoretical guidance for local artificial longwall working face seam.
